Universal Taxis Ltd, also, known as Choice Cars started in 2014 and has for the last 10 Years offered a range of services to the Hertfordshire Community.


Choice Cars has an ethical responsibility to adhere to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and endeavour to ensure there are no modern slavery risks within the business and our supply chains. We acknowledge that we do not control individuals and organisations in our supply chains. 


Our Employees

We strive to create a happy & safe environment. Employee welfare is important to us. We do not tolerate discrimination, abuse or harassment of any kind and we expect the same from our stakeholder groups. All employees adhere to our code of conduct and Company policies and standards. Which are monitored and updated accordingly. We operate a robust recruitment process and pay at least the minimum wage rate applicable.


Our Supply Chain 

Our procurement process is robust, and we only engage with suppliers that can demonstrate adherence to all relevant legislation and high standards of ethical, environmental, and social behaviour.


Monitoring activities 

We have in place a review process to monitor and manage and mitigate risks. All employees are required to report any concerns or suspicions of malpractice and to avoid any activity that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of our standards.
